I bought both this M sized, and the larger model (see 1st photo), but ended up using the larger one on a 19 day long trip. Huge mistake. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews that mention how poorly stitched this product was. My bag did not survive the first leg of the journey, tearing apart at the top right corner (pic 2). This is a shame as Eastpak had a good reputation in the past. Also a pity as the size and design is ideal on both models, with a zip around butterfly style opening main compartment, making it easier to pack and separate compartments. Perhaps the medium sized bag might have worked out better, but I wasn't going to take the chance and have it rip the moment I used it. Amazon was great in accepting both this bag (unopened and unused) and the damaged one, so no complaints on that front. And to be fair, Eastpak is supposed to offer a warranty on this, but any bag that tears on first use isn't something that I would want to risk owning again.Perfect for travelling. Bought the medium size. Perfect for 2 weeks abroad. Packs lovely, fits 23kg of rolled up clothes and 5 pairs of shoes. Not as bulky as most other large suitcases, has straps to reduce its size if you don't pack enough (beginning of your trip) that you can then expand when it's busting (end of your trip!).The lock is an added extra. Works as expected. Travelled with me all over Canada and part of the states. Best buy everBuckle broke off when travelling less than a year old which I haven't tried to get repaired as they have a '30' year warranty... Except they don't they only have a 2 year warranty on many parts of the case and don't cover for tonnes of other stuff. Oh and you have to send the case back to them so good luck with the shipping on such a large item!!This was purchased as an 18th present. I like the colour and the buckles on the front. I am hoping it would stand out if at the airport. A good sized first suitcase. Not been used yet.Used twice so far , after reading reviews, realised it was just the size required . can fit 20kgs of folded clothing . grey colour may mark , but not yet
